The Spice Crew



Owner Rodgee Cao, a native of the Philippines, is a graduate of the Institute of Culinary Education in New York City. He is fulfilling his dream of having his own restaurant to pursue his passion for cooking and entertaining.

My Mother told me when I was young watching her cook our family meals, that food is as important as the air we breathe. I believe food is universal which explains why I am a Filipino and I own a Thai restaurant. I also believe that when a kitchen is happy the food that comes out tastes better.


Head Cook Supawadee "Fy" Banyong Wynn, learned to cook traditional Thai food growing up in Thailand. Fy lives in Bloomfield and learned to cook Cantonese style dishes while living in Hong Kong. She does not like cooking fuzionized Thai food. She makes the best Sum Tom papaya salad Thai style, with anchovies and crab legs.
